Warning: Unknown: Failed To Open Stream: No Such File Or Directory In Unknown On Line 0

I have my apache (for windows) htdocs in a folder like c:anything1怘怙怚怛anything2. The problem is that in this case php won't execute any scripts from here and will display an error message like this:

Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required 'c:/anything1/怘怙怚怛/anything2/index.php' (include_path='.;C:php5pear') in Unknown on line 0

If I try to open a html file, it is served by apache, so it seems that the problem appears only with php.

Warning: Unknown(includes/main.php): Failed To Open Stream: No Such File Or Directory In >Unknown On Line 0

Web page contains php includes:

<?php
include 'http://www.example.com/header.txt';
?>

and

<?php
include 'http://www.example.com/footer.txt';
?>

header.txt and footer.txt files with html markup are placed in the root folder of a website. Everything went ok pretty long, but suddenly the following error messages appeared on webpages in browser right after markup areas, incerted by these php scripts:

Warning: Unknown(includes/main.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in >Unknown on line 0
Warning: Unknown(includes/main.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in >Unknown on line 0
Warning: (null)(): Failed opening 'includes/main.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in Unknown on line 0

All markup from txt files is shown by browser correctly. The only problem are these Warning messages. Site is hosted on shared hosting. Nothing was changed in the content of web site folder before these messages appeared.

Apache - Warning: Unknown: Failed To Open Stream?

I edited the apache httpd.conf file recently for the mod_rewrite to work. I don't know if this problem originated from that or not, but i'm getting this problem from that day.This is what I see on the frontend when I run the software -

Server error The website encountered an error while retrieving http://localhost/prestashop/. It may be down for maintenance or configured
incorrectly.There is no specific file that triggers this. But I saw that usually small programs that consists of 4-5 php files, runs fine, but softwares with a lot of files(like PrestaShop) don't.I checked the logs and this is what I found.

I'm not listing the code because it involves my Mimesis ffdb. However, I'm listing the output of the browser which is confusing as it states: Warning: Unknown: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0. There's no such thing as line 0 far as I know. Has anyone encountered an error like this before? You can also see it at the very bottom of the index page on my Mimesis site as I have it set to error_reporting(E_ALL);

Warning - Failed To Open Stream - No Such File Or Directory

I have this piece of code:

echo preg_replace('/!(.*)!/', file_get_contents('${1}'), $str);

What it is meant to do is replace all !...! with the contents of the file specified between the exclamation marks. However, it is not working because ${1} is not being replaced: Warning: file_get_contents(${1}) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory If I code:

echo preg_replace('/!(.*)!/', '${1}', $te);

everything is fine (i.e. the text between !...! is replaced by the text itself). How can I make the ${1} in file_get_contents also be replaced?

Warning: Main(.html) [function.main]: Failed To Open Stream: No Such File Or Directory - Include Problem Basics

A while back, I used to use the:

<?php include("$id.html"); ?>

for my site, but then I stopped for a while. Now, I come back to use it, and it doesn't work. I put this "<?php include("$id.html"); ?>" where my content normally goes in "main.php" and then I go to "site.com/main.php?id=content" (where content is an HTML), but I get an error that says:

Warning: main(.html) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/animegal/public_html/nosuchthing/newlayout/main.php on line 74

Warning: Gzopen($theurl): Failed To Open Stream: Connection Timed Out In Online8.php On Line 726

I have written a program that opens a page on a games server, using zlib functions, opens the file (gzopen), then uses gzreader to read it. It works fine on a XP Windows Server/CGI for PHP, with the following php.ini settings modified:

max_execution_time 360
max_input_time 360

from their defaults of 30 and 60 respectively. But when i try to run the same script on a commercial server running Apache with the defaults set, the script throws the following error:

$fp = gzopen($theurl, "r");

Warning: gzopen($theurl): failed to open stream: Connection timed out in online8.php on line 726

What i don't understand, is that it doesn't take 30 seconds to run the script when it is hosted on the Windows XP machine. The problem is the Windows XP machine can only handle 10 max users at a time. I want to be able to port the script to any server.

WAMP: Failed To Open Stream: No Such File Or Directory

if (!move_uploaded_file($_FILES['userfile']['tmp_name'], $upfile)) {
echo 'Problem: could not move file to destination directory';

The fact that it's looking in upload.php instead of the folder that it's in makes me wonder whether it's a server error or an issue with my PHP.

[function.main]: Failed To Open Stream: No Such File Or Directory

I am trying to upload my site to a new server,and i am finding a hard time with the include() function.

I am getting this:

Warning: main(includes/site_auth.inc) [function.main]: failed to open
stream: No such file or directory in
/usr/home/vhosts/example.com/web/maint/index.php on line 2

line 2 of my file looks like this:
include ('site_auth.inc');

I have given this in my .htaccess file. php_value include_path

".:/users/example/includes:/home/vhosts/example.com/includes"

and, the really interesting thing is I am getting a FALSE when I execute this. file_exists(/users/example/includes/site_auth.inc) even when I KNOW that the file is there. The file is *definately* in that location, but I am still getting the error.

"include $_GET..." - Warning: Include(.php) [function.include]: Failed To Open Stream: No Such File Or Directory

I am having some real problems with the code in red below which sits in my "index.php" file

<?php

include("footer.php");
?>

The links for my "views" (e.g. <a href="?view=page_news">News</a> ) are in my "header.php" file. The whole website works absolutely fine, except when you first arrive on the homepage you get: Notice: Undefined index: view Warning: include(.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory

This is presumably because a link hasn't been clicked yet, thus a "view" hasn't been defined yet, but I have no idea how to get around this!
