Warning: Unknown: Failed To Open Stream: No Such File Or Directory In Unknown On Line 0

I have my apache (for windows) htdocs in a folder like c:anything1怘怙怚怛anything2. The problem is that in this case php won't execute any scripts from here and will display an error message like this:

Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required 'c:/anything1/怘怙怚怛/anything2/index.php' (include_path='.;C:php5pear') in Unknown on line 0

If I try to open a html file, it is served by apache, so it seems that the problem appears only with php.

Warning: Unknown(includes/main.php): Failed To Open Stream: No Such File Or Directory In >Unknown On Line 0

Web page contains php includes:

<?php
include 'http://www.example.com/header.txt';
?>

and

<?php
include 'http://www.example.com/footer.txt';
?>

header.txt and footer.txt files with html markup are placed in the root folder of a website. Everything went ok pretty long, but suddenly the following error messages appeared on webpages in browser right after markup areas, incerted by these php scripts:

Warning: Unknown(includes/main.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in >Unknown on line 0
Warning: Unknown(includes/main.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in >Unknown on line 0
Warning: (null)(): Failed opening 'includes/main.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in Unknown on line 0

All markup from txt files is shown by browser correctly. The only problem are these Warning messages. Site is hosted on shared hosting. Nothing was changed in the content of web site folder before these messages appeared.

Fopen Errors.. Failed To Open Stream: Permission Denied On Line 43?

I have a sight (not trying to sell anything) www(dot)discoverysound(dot)com/en for English and /jp for Japanese.I made a control panel for this site so that it would be faster to edit things that get updated often. Usually the ranking on the lefthand side.But today for some reason I went to update the ranking in the control panel and got an error I have never gotten before.

QuoteWarning: fopen(/home/jp/index.html): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/ControlPanel/mkfile/makeindex_jp.php on line 43
OPENエラー /home/jp/index.html

So I went to check in my makeindex_jp.php file along with the index. Can some see if they can spot an error and even more tell me why this just now happened when I have been updating the rankings for years now and never ran into this problem. Below is the code:

First /home/ControlPanel/mkfile/makeindex_jp.php on line 43

<?php

header('Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8');

header('Content-Language: ja');[code]....

Error - Failed To Open Stream: Permission Denied

Im trying to create thumbnails using gd library and am using the imagejpeg() function. The output then shows the following error

Warning: imagejpeg() [function.imagejpeg]: Unable to open '/var/www/html/yahoo/thumbs/1136.jpg' for writing: Permission denied in /var/www/html/yahoo/Thumbnail.php on line 56

I have set full 777 permissions on the thumbs folder, is there something else that could be causing this, or am i missing something here.

Ive tried creating the file with fopen and am getting the same issue.. fopen returns the following warning:

Warning: fopen(/var/www/html/yahoo/thumbs/1176.jpg) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /var/www/html/yahoo/Thumbnail.php on line 56 can't open file

Failed To Open Stream: Permission Denied

I recently had to restart my apache server and ever since then, no scripts that create or upload files to the server are working. I keep getting failed to open stream: Permission denied when trying to create a file or failed to open stream: No such file or directory when trying to upload files when running the scripts.

Yes I have checked the most obvious, the folder permissions and they are set to 777 and the owner and group is also correct. I am wondering if there are any settings in my php.ini that may be causing my scripts to fail? Or an apache setting that may have gotten reset?

Move_uploaded_file Failed To Open Stream: Permission Denied

I'm developing a website with PHP 5 and Apache on CentOS. There is a php page to upload files to webserver and some FTP users need to access to these uploaded files. So I create a new group named G1 and add this group to both apache and FTP users. Then set the permission of upload destination folder to 774, set owner to FTP user account and set group to G1. When I try to upload file from php page, the following warning occur

Warning: move_uploaded_file(../papers/myfile.doc) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/httpd/vhosts/mydomain/httpdocs/mysite/upload-form.php on line 93

Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move '/tmp/phpuXqVpb' to '../papers/myfile.doc'
in /home/httpd/vhosts/mydomain/httpdocs/mysite/upload-form.php on line 93

When I click Refresh button on this warning page, the following message appear with Resend and Cancel button. "To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier.". I click Resend, the same warning page with different tmp file occur.

The strange thing is after I click Refresh button 4 or 5 time, the file is successfully uploaded and no warning appear. Then I try again for another file, the same warning appear again. And I need to click Refresh 4 or 5 to upload success.

Apache - Warning: Unknown: Failed To Open Stream?

I edited the apache httpd.conf file recently for the mod_rewrite to work. I don't know if this problem originated from that or not, but i'm getting this problem from that day.This is what I see on the frontend when I run the software -

Server error The website encountered an error while retrieving http://localhost/prestashop/. It may be down for maintenance or configured
incorrectly.There is no specific file that triggers this. But I saw that usually small programs that consists of 4-5 php files, runs fine, but softwares with a lot of files(like PrestaShop) don't.I checked the logs and this is what I found.

[function.fopen]: Failed To Open Stream: Permission Denied

I'm still playing around with TCPDF. Basically I'm trying to generate a report using TCPDF, and then send it using MIME as an attachment. The problem I'm having now is creating the PDF on my local server, for subsequent attachment. I've run this code:

<?php
//Creates an example PDF TEST document using TCPDF
require_once('../config/lang/eng.php');
require_once('../tcpdf.php');
// create new PDF document
$pdf = new TCPDF(PDF_PAGE_ORIENTATION, PDF_UNIT, PDF_PAGE_FORMAT, true, 'UTF-8', false);
// set document information
$pdf->SetCreator('Stock Program v. 1.1');
$pdf->SetAuthor('xxx');
[Code].....

So if you're not familiar with TCPDF, when I run $pdf->Output($testName, 'F'), the option F is supposed to save to a local server file with the name given. However, when I run the script, this is the error I receive:

Warning: fopen(zzTest PDF Local) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /var/www/tcpdf/tcpdf.php on line 7488 TCPDF ERROR: Unable to create output file: zzTest PDF Local

I'm sure this is a combination of my newbness, both with Ubuntu and with PHP / TCPDF.

Flex Builder 4 - ZendAMF And Data Services - Error "failed To Open Stream: Permission Denied"?

I'm trying to set up my Flex Builder 4 dev environment, up to and including PHP and the ZendFramework on a WAMP stack on my hard drive. Everything goes swimmingly until I try to set up a data service. I point it to the php class file, it populates the various fields in the form so I know it understood it, and I press next. After a little bit of tweaking I have the ZendFramework installed and everything seems to be pointing the right way, so I'm not sure why I'm getting this error:

"Make sure that Zend Framework is installed correctly and the parameter "amf.production" is not set to true in the amf_config.ini file located in the project output folder. Warning: include_once(C:wampwwwTestDrive-debugEmployeeService.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in C:wampendFrameworklibraryendLoader.php on line 146"

What could be causing a permissions error like that? It's not on the system level because I went into properties and fully opened that file up so even a basic user has full permissions - still no dice. I'm not reeeally a PHP guy so this is a bit beyond my skillset. Has anyone encountered this problem before? I'm just following the tutorial I have here and it SHOULD work. I'm just not clear on what would be causing a permissions issue like this.

Upload Script: Failed To Open Stream: Permission Denied In Windows NT

i've put an upload script on my site, hosted on a Windows NT Version
5.0 server. When i try to upload something i get an error:

copy(files/file.txt): failed to open stream: Permission denied in
d:sitesmatita.bewebsiteuploaded.php on line 20
Could not copy

The problem is that i am not able to change the permissions, since
it's a windows server. CHMOD is not supportes, CACLS neither.

Is there a way out, or is it up to the server admin to install some
'permission system'?

Linux - Function.fopen: Failed To Open Stream: Permission Denied

I'm trying to create XML sitemaps for my website from my PHP application. The idea is to either create a new file or overwrite an existing file. When I call fopen, I get the following error:

[function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied

I'm trying to write to the webroot and its permissions are: 755. This means that the owner has write permission, right? What do I need to do to make my script be able to write to this folder? 777 would be a bad thing, right? Can I run my script as owner somehow?

I am writing a script to be able to upload files remotely to a server. The site is being hosted at ipowerweb.com. I figure this is probably a security issue with them? If so, is there a way to log in or something of the sort right before uploading the file? This is a test script btw. so I can implement it in my much larger one when I figure out the correct code.

Fatal Error: Exception Thrown Without A Stack Frame In Unknown On Line 0

I'm using PHP 5, my code fully separates code from content, my code
throws exceptions (LIZException) when error occurs.

but every time I throw exception I get this fatal error:

Fatal error: Exception thrown without a stack frame in Unknown on line

It must be my fault by the message isn't helping me - any idea what to
do?

My code looks like this:

catch (LIZException $e) {
$e->printDebug();
echo '@@'
} catch (Exception $e) {
LIZException::printException($e);
}
echo '!!!'

?> // end of file!

If exception thrown:
$e->printDebug() will execute, then echo '@@', then echo '!!!'

and finally fatal error message
